MWe will visit the city of Ripoll, located at an altitude of 691 m above sea level, where we will see the Benedictine monastery of St. Mary, one of the oldest monasteries in Catalonia, founded back in 880. The main entrance to the temple is decorated with a relief carved portal of the 12th century, this is a real work of art created by talented craftsmen of the Romanesque era. However, the most unsurpassed master is undoubtedly nature. You will have the opportunity to verify this once again after visiting the picturesque Nuria Valley, located at an altitude of 2000 m above sea level. The vast expanse of this valley, the reflection of floating clouds in the mirror-like surface of the local lake, combined with the majestic beauty of the Pyrenees mountains will forever remain in your heart.
